Professional grade 304 gauge stainless steel will not discolor over time (model AP1836M is grade 430 gauge stainless steel).

Professional Grade, Stainless Steel, dishwasher safe baffles capture grease and debris from the cooking surface and are easily removed for cleaning (model AP1836 utilizes aluminum filters).

Included, dimmable 45 watt maximum PAR16, 3.125" Type A screw-in base Halogen lamps illuminate the cooking surface.

Control panel with metal control knobs is located at the front of the hood for convenient use.

Thermostat detects when the heat level rises to an excessive amount and automatically turns the hood on.

Includes: Grease Baffles, Controls, Lamp Sockets and Lamps.

Blower must be purchased separately.
